Mercedes-Benz of Salt Lake City is excited to introduce the new Mercedes G 550 4×4²

The near-series show car G 500 4×4² is a new highlight in the history of the G-Class and blends all the advantages of the model series.

Mercedes took the superior all-wheel-drive powertrain (including portal axles from the 6×6), took away one axle, and blended it all with a newly-developed variable chassis and the series-production G-Class body. They gave it an all-new 4.0 litre V8 biturbo engine to ensure sublime power delivery and give it impressively high efficiency.
